I recently installed NetBSD-0.9 on my 486, and everything works fine for me.
The only problem's I have really been having are what I see are bugs in the
console driver somewhere.

By default the screen size gets set to 24 lines. Using TERM=pc3, means when I
vi a file I can't scroll correctly, because the bottom line just overwrites
instead of scrolling. If I reset to 25 lines, it all works fine however.

Also, bold doesn't show up as bold, it shows up as a flasing blue...YUCK...
Thats very hard on my eyes with a black background, and doesn't look good
anyways, since it is flashing.

Other than this and the 2 IDE drive bugs, it seems to work rather well.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to at least fix the bold problem?

James
