Hi,
I am running FreeBSD-1.0R, and I have just got flexfax v2.1. I will like
to know if anyone who has used flexfax on FreeBSD some questions :

  1) Is fax receipt satisfactory as is on a fax machine ? I mean in terms
of the image quality, clarity, resolution etc.

  2) Can anyone recommend some reliable 9600bps or higher faxmodem to be used
with flexfax and other Windows 3.1 and DOS based fax softwares ? I know
I read the docs in flexfax distribution, but I thought people on the net
with actual experience will give me a more realistic picture, as I am
going to get a new faxmodem, and I will like to secure my investment so
as not to get the wrong bargain.

  3) Apart from flexfax, are there any types of fax s/w available for FreeBSD ?

  4) Basically, I will like to have 3 things connected to my PC, ie :

faxmodem - takes cares of fax and data connection,
voice - for normal phone conversation

I wonder if there exists such products that can deal with such combination
so that I can share the same phone line.

Thanks in advance, and email replies please. I will summarize to the net all
replies I get.
