Perhaps, the local VAR can help them by letting them know about internet and
how to access it if such service is provided in the area.
If it matters, I went to Printer's Inc, a book store, in Mountain View, Ca.,
I saw about 10 books related to the internet. A year ago, we were lucky
to find one or two. Additionally, the internet has received growing
publicity by way of newspapers. The San Francisco Chronicles and the
Wall Street Journal have written articles on the internet.
Magazines such as "Wired" regularly have articles on the "Net" and
some of its exotic applications such as virtual reality over ISDN.

At the goverment level, the superdata highway is being promoted by the
goverment. It strikes that it would not be too bad for the Small Business
Bureau to put together a pamphlet on how to access the internet or at least
with pointers to books -- the internet is a powerful business tool

It is going to take time to make the market aware of the internet...

Regards,
	Amancio
