Yup. Steve has even added support for recent DEC hardware. The current 2BSD
supports the latest DEC PDP-11 gear, including the PDP-11/93 and 94, the
RQZX1 combo SCSI/floppy/tape controller, and the DELQA-YM "Turbo DELQA" Ether-
net controller (in Turbo mode, no less...).

If you have a 4.3BSD application you can shoehorn into the PDP-11's address
space (tops out at about 300Kb after overlays), it should run happily on a
2BSD system. Of course, you still need an WeCo/AT&T/USL/Unix-du-jour license
in order to be able to order 2BSD, so that cuts the audience down a bit in
size 8-(

And if you just want to see what it's all about, you can check out the ar-
chives of this newsgroup via anonymous FTP from ftp.spc.edu in subdirectory
[.usenet.comp-bugs-2bsd] (this is a VMS system, which explains the oddball
syntax). The last 2.5 years of traffic are archived there.
