Thanks to many of your helps. Here is another question, when I got to NetBSD and try "tar", tar -tf /dev/st0 it gives me a bunch of errors: st0: illegal request st0: mode select failed st0: illegal request tar: read error on /dev/st0: invalid argument Any idea/help on this is much welcome. thanks, kb
