I've been lurking here for a while, & I've decided to take
the plunge:

1) How do I get BSD for my machine(s)?

2) What's the difference between FreeBSD, NetBSD and BSD386?

3) Is there a FAQ for this group? How do I get one?

Let me elaborate: I have a small group of 386-based PC clones.
I'd like to network them together.

I'd prefer getting a tape or a CD to downloading over the net.
I'm going to want everything so I don't wish to bog down the
net. But if I must...

I'd prefer E-mail replies, since I don't read the group every day.
I'll summarize everything here if people wish.

Thanks!

PS - Just out of curiousity, does anybody have a home machine on
the net? How'd you do it? Anybody have a UUCP mail/news feed? It's
an idea I was toying with...
