An as long as MSDOS and Windows 3.x rule the market there will be a
continuuing flood of strange hardware for the Intel PC market.  As
long as they supply the appropriate MSDOS/Win drivers, they will make
money.

When the 386 first came out, I thought "great!!!", full blown UNIX on the
desktop.

I think that I'd rather have a SPARC now.
