A user of a tool (our total customer base and where all the money ultimately comes from) will 'never' want to hear that his business is at risk because his computer is not doing what he purchased it for. The user typically couldn't care less as to what is running as long as he has total confidence in his ability to never be at the mercy of the confounded thing. There is simply too much at stake to take the risk however slight it might be. In the modern business world the ability to compete on a timely basis is very critical. Being down for a day could mean the difference of profit or loss for a month of hard work. It is not worth the risk for a few hundred dollars of a software package and it is the very reason that SCO can continue to exist and market product that often can be purchased elsewhere for less. The 'safety' factor is as critical as having good and qualified local support. Both permit a business owner to sleep soundly at night - if nothing else.
