Yes.  In fact, it's true for all systems based on the BSD Networking
Release/2 software, i.e. 386BSD, NetBSD, FreeBSD, BSDI's BSD/386.

I believe it's true for 4.4BSD too since they didn't get around to
rewriting the VM system.
