Most of the comparisons I have seen listed have been of the "which is better" varitity. This has been no help to me, and has created much flamage. What would help (me at least) is statement of direction from each of the xxxbsd groups. I am much more interested in where each group will be going than where they think they are compared to the others. I also beleive this might be good info for the FAQ as it would give differences in concept of the groups. This might reduce the trafic about group mergers and provide us all with a better and more positive understanding of the differences. I know this may be a volatile subject, but I believe all the xxxbsd groups would probably agree on the differences in their goals. I would like to thank all the the groups and assorted individuals who have created so much quality software. The luxury of having so much choice is amazing.
