You've got the documentation with elm, don't you ? :-) Read it !

Create a file called .signature in your $HOME directory :

-rw-r--r--    1 roberto       154 Oct 18 18:10 /users/staff/roberto/.signature

and that into your .elm/elmrc file :

# Saved automatically by ELM 2.4 PL23alpha for Ollivier Robert

[...]
# local ".signature" file to append to appropriate messages...
localsignature = ~/.signature
[...]
# remote ".signature" file to append to appropriate messages...
remotesignature = ~/.signature
------------------------------------------------------------

You can of course create two file for the  local and remote messages if you
want...
