Data General has an implementation, but I am not sure of its status, and
it is currently going through life as a streams module. Also, it is just
the interface, and is lacking a server implementation -- not a real
problem for it, since it is generally distributed as part of NetWare for
UNIX.

Please repost details -- other people (like me!) will probably want to
lokk at it, at least, and some people (like Jordan? 8-)) may want to make
it an installable package.
