	Is there any way I can have encrypted passwords with NetBSD (or any other
BSD) outside the US. I understand that I cannot simply download the security
stuff from a US site, somewhat daft as I have seen the DES algorithm published
several times in Europe but still ...

	No password encryption means a system that MUST be isolated - nasty.
