I'll second this.  Tried everything to get 0.1 to boot off of the hard
drive, and then grabbed the patched dist.fs, and it now works fine.

On another note, anyone have a kernel with an ethernet driver for 
an 3COM 3c501?  Anyone working on one?  

By the way, 386BSD looks better and better and better the more I play
with it.
