Danny Boulet <danny@nahanni.BouletFermat.ab.ca> has just posted a
complete implementation of the SYSV message and semaphore subsystems
to the bsdi-users mailing list.  Of course, that's for BSD/386 but you
can ask him if he contributes the code to the {Net,Free}BSD.
