BSD/386 (aka BSDI) distribution includes drivers for
single-port synchronous RS-232/V.35 board RISCom/N1
and dual-port RISCom/H1. Both cards cost about $450
and run at speeds up to T-1.

BSD/386 supports synchronous PPP and cisco HDLC encapsulation.
