I'm having a weird problem with tip on my NetBSD 0.9 machine.
I can tip to my modem, dial out and connect to a remote system.
However, I never *see* anything from the modem or the remote system,
nothing gets echoed back. Also when I "~." to get out of tip, I
get the "[disconnected]" message, but I don't get my csh prompt back.
Logging in from another location and doing a "ps x" reveals that there
are two tip processes hanging around one in state "IE" and one is
a zombie. Kill the one in state "IE" usualy gives me my csh prompt
back, but typing doesn't echo and commands don't get executed.

Anyone with any ideas?

Thanks,
