From what I've seen there's still no reliable high-speed
serial driver for netbsd. As I'm still on 0.8 I'll probably upgrade
some time soon, but if there's no hope of a fast serial driver in the
near future I'll rather go with FreeBSD.

Can anyone tell me if there is a new driver for netbsd in the wings ( or
already released) ?

Am I right to assume that FreeBSD will do slip/PPP at 38400?
(How about faster than 38400?)

thanks
-tom
