I receive an error message on syslog that says IP forwarding is not enabled in the kernel. How do I enable IP forwarding? In addition, the documentation for gated states that the rip protocol will not run if UDP checksums are disabled in the kernel. How do I determine/set this? Thanks for your assistance.
