I don't have the money for a new SCSI drive right now, so if anyone
has any information about fixing the wd driver for NetBSD so that it won't
hang after several disk accesses, please let me know. My system reboots
five times a day and that (a) interrupts all of the users, (b) is unacceptable
because it is a mail gateway, and (c) shouldn't be necessary. I think that
this is a grave kernel problem and have done everything that I can do on the
small time budget that I have and limited knowledge about hard drive
controllers and kernel hacking that I have to fix it. I cannot do this alone,
so if someone else would like to help or has patched their kernel or something
I am all ears.

I read news erratically, so if you post a response, *please* e-mail it
to one of the addresses below too. BTW, anyone who wants to work on it may
have an account on my system (chaos).
