			     PART II
		     Election of a new moderator

       [-------------------------------------------------------]

Continuing now with the exposition that the moderator is
	   acting with a conflict-of-interst.

	   1) Previously the moderator stated that 386bsd was no longer
supported. If this is true, then this means that the
moderator of "announce", for 386bsd, no longer
		   supports 386bsd.

Perhaps it means there has been no supporting work on 386bsd proper
in ages. Jolitz is not to be found, the patchkit is dead,
and FreeBSD and NetBSD have taken up the flag. CGD is right in
saying that 386bsd 0.1 is unsupported, in general.

[deleted worthless stuff that relied on this first (worthless) point...]

	   5) Further evidence to this is the fact that the moderator
was ignoring the articles sent to him, even after
acknowledging their existance. This shows an
irresponsible action on his part and possibly a
		   conflict of interest.

Acknowledging receipt is not the same thing as having the time to read
and properly process articles.

[more worthless stuff deleted...]

	   7) By stating that the articles may be of a less than
trustworthy nature the moderator shows that his he is
not accepting article based on their contents, but on
his merit. This shows a further conflict-of-interst.

No, it shows the less than trustworthy status _you_, the submitter, have
obtained in the 386bsd newsgroups and in the opinions of a large number
of people on said groups.

Keep up the good work, Chris. I've got no complaints.
