A port of Ingres should be available from FreeBSD.cdrom.com under
FreeBSD/packages.  However, it seems to work only if compiled using
gcc1 (which is also available as a package).  Hopefully we can get it
working with gcc2, I just haven't had time or interest to debug it
yet...
