I DO wish all of this Free/Net BSD bashing would go away! They are BOTH
good systems! Each has something to offer. FYI, I had the disk lite
hanging problem on 386bsd, NetBSD 0.8, AND NetBSD 0.9. It went away
in FreeBSD-1.0-GAMMA. I used the EXACT same partitioning on my SCSI
disk with NetBSD 0.8/0.9 and FreeBSD. I'm NOT saying that FreeBSD is
Better OR Worse than NetBSD, but for my needs it's been better so far!

The ONLY kernal hacking (?) I've done is 1) fix the DEL/Backspace key
in pccons.c so that it sends ^H (Backspace) and (just last night) add
support for my DigiBoard Com/4 4 port sio board.
