PPP didn't make it into NetBSD-0.9, but it is in NetBSD-current. If you
want to install PPP in your NetBSD-0.9 system, the best thing is probably to
get ppp-1.3.1.tar.Z by anonymous ftp from dcssoft.anu.edu.au:/pub/ppp.
This is the ppp-1.3 distribution with my fixes to the xxxBSD driver applied,
plus some minor fixes to pppd.
