It isn't there by default. Get ppp-1.3 (  archie will tell you where to get it
and put it in. ) You will need to put in the 'paulus-patches' ( Ask 
for help at the netbsd-help mailing-list if you don't know where to get them.
The installation isn't quite straight-forward,but it isn't a big deal.
