Andrew Moore just sent me mail stating that he was going to try and make
a TeX package for folks to use.  We've got one version, but IMHO it's not
quite as nice as it could be, so I kept doing my local hacks to it w/out
actually integrating the changes into the tree.

Hopefully soon.  (Maybe I should work on it today, huh?)
