I run the same card on a i486dx/2 66 EISA/LB and I get white vertical  
lines when I quit from XFree-2.0 just like when I use XFree-1.2.
If I got it right XFree86-2.0 doesn't support the accel. HDW of ATI ?!
--> forget it.
