actually, i post everything that people send me, with the following
exceptions:
	(1) if i specifically ask people to make their postings
more easy to deal with (i.e. i request that they
add "Supercedes" lines to monthly postings),
then they don't, then i won't post their
		articles until they do.

	(2) i won't post things which have been posted to every
other group in the known universe... 8-)

	(3) i won't post things which have little to no technical
content (e.g. the QIC News things... Monroy
was oh-so-pissed when i refused to post any more,
but then, i'd gotten a fair amount of mail complaining
that i'd posted them to begin with...).

I'd actually like to see more stuff go through .announce,
but that's really up to the submitters.

as always, if anybody wants to discuss (in a rational manner,
please!) my moderation policies, feel free to send me mail...
