I've been reading the 386BSD/NetBSD/FreeBSD FAQ (24 Sept. 1993), and
it really doesn't give much information on the differences between the
three. From what I gather, FreeBSD is supposed to be the most stable
and least "advanced" (in terms of new and nifty and perhaps not-quite-
debugged features), 386BSD the least stable and most "advanced", and
NetBSD somewhere between the two. Is this correct? What other
differences am I likely to see, besides just reliability?

Also, the FAQ gives a huge list of FTP sites for 386BSD, but says
nothing about whether each site actually carries 386BSD, NetBSD or
FreeBSD. Any hints here?

Thanks for your help. Please reply by email and I will summarise to
this group (and perhaps expand the FAQ questions slightly, if there's
any demand).
