I i remember correctly, the poor guy who wanted to run BSD on 11/750 which
he got as a donation, asked for advice on how to run BSD on them *NOT* for flames
on why he should not use a VAX.

What i know is that you will need an AT&T license for any BSD that exists on vaxen.
A friend of mine was looking at the possibility of running Net/2 on 11/570, but
to much stuff was missing and it was not worth the time to rewrite/debug it.
Things like locore.s, device drivers etc. are really painful to develop.
