Using Rob's package an Geoff's fixes, I was able to make a easily installable
binary package of fvwm in FreeBSD package format of rxvt.

Available on FreeBSD.cdrom.com in the packages directory.

(When the sources and patches become more 'official' I'll make a source
package as well)
