Or you can also hope to reach a former PCS employee lurking on the c.o.3.q group, but that's really a rather far-fetched scenario, isn't it? :-) In any case, Herr Badura is right - de.comp.sys.pcs is the correct group, heck, some of the PCS employees actually READ the bugger and will probably be fairly quick to get back to you!
