So I will try fishing again in hopes of getting lucky:

I am the sad owner of a Diamond SpeedStar 24 graphics card. This little
-gem- is not supported by XFree86 because of the magic-secret Diamond
holds on setting the dot clock (maintained through a reign of terror).

Has -anyone- written a program to set the dot clock on this card? I have
seen several such utilities posted with Linux groups, but they don't
work with FreeBSD or 386BSD (NetNSD unknown) ... at least I can't get them
to work.

If you do have one, -please- share ...

-please- -please- -please- -please- -please- -please- -please- -please-

						Jim

P.S. Hints on how to write my own are also appreciated -very- much.
