Hi,
We have a dilemma. We have ppp running well. Now, we would like to have
ppp available on login! This is simple enough if you are willing to
sacrifice a port for ppp logins. Is there a way to make ppp work
with getty/login so that it is invoked on successful login to a predefined
ppp user? Other users log into my machine so I can't dedicate the port.

We have tried several means. Unfortunately we can't get ppp to attach
to /dev/tty! (Unless we make the ppp user uid 0 in which case the
machine boots!) :(

Has anyone tried this?!?! Has anyone had success?!?!

Thanks,
Boyd
