NetBSD does seem to have its own problem that need to be patched as
well (from time to time mentioned in newsgroup), [...]

That is an extremely unfair statement. The reason I've posted patches
in the newsgroups is to respond to specific problems people are
having. I can't think of any patches I've posted which are not also
applicable to FreeBSD or 386BSD+patchkit.

Also, there seems to be some trouble for people running XFree-1.3
   on NetBSD-0.9!

I don't have any trouble with it, except that xdm doesn't work due to
the DB library differences. Same problem in FreeBSD.

Well well well, I am very appealed to the WABI project undertaken
to run MS Windows/DOS program under NetBSD, [...]

WABI does not and will never run DOS programs. It *only* runs Windows
programs.

if I switch to NetBSD right now, will my binaries still run,

This has been covered many times before, and is in the FAQ. The only
incompatibility with old executables is the DB library. This means
anything that reads the password file has to be recompiled.

will the filesystem readable by NetBSD ?

Why would you think otherwise? The file system has not changed at all
between 386BSD and NetBSD.

like sharedlibs openly and officially available as distribution
   option, [...]

This is going to happen soon.

Really, my impression is that you have a very incoherent set of
information. NetBSD is not a radically different system which is
totally incompatible with everything else. Try reading the FAQ.
