I just got done setting up a 386BSD system so that I could do
programming on my own machine, rather than online. However, I
have already run into trouble.

This assignment calls for: #include <sys/sem.h> which is the
include file for semaphores. I do not see a sem.h file on the
386bsd machine, although I did find in on our school machine, a
DECsystem 5900.

Does anyone know how I can work around this problem?
