Hi..

I am trying to make the DOS partition on the second (slave) IDE mountable
under FreeBSD, and the only thing I've managed so far is to make the DOS
drive completery unrecognizable to DOS, and semi-unrecognizable to BSD.
So,
1. how do I reformat the damn thing under DOS?
2. what is the correct way to disklabel the drive (note that is has no
    BSD partitions, just DOS)
3. also, how do I configure the serial ports? whenever I try to access
    /dev/com01 (I ran ./MAKEDEV com0 and com1) it says that the devices
    are not configured.

Thanks very much,

Stan
