I've been tinkering with the idea of finally upgrading from 386BSD+pk0.2.4
to NetBSD0.9. But, I can't. I've got to have a multiport serial
driver for my hostess8 card (8 16550s on a single IRQ). The com.c
that comes with NetBSD doesn't support such multi-port serial cards.

My question is, what is the status of multi-port serial support in NetBSD?
I've been following the NetBSD-current/doc/CHANGES and have yet to see
any mention of this topic. Is anyone working on it?

BTW, I've down loaded all of NetBSD0.9, so if anyone in the Ann Arbor, MI
area would like a copy, then send me email and we'll work something out.
