Summary: I'm getting tons of duplicate packets

Does anyone know why every kernel I compile duplicates all
packets less than 128 bytes about 30 times? This is real
wierd and I can't figure it out. Ping hastur.cc.edu 64 10
from sysV or ping -c 10 -s 64 hastur.cc.edu from bsd machines.
You will get a shitload more than 10 packets back. The ping times
get all messed up too.
