Summary: How to get the machine to wait after a Panic.

Hello,

I've been seeing some people talking about not being able to catch panic
info due to the reboot. You can cause the system to pause by defining
PANICWAIT in the makefile. This pause is found in subr_pfr.c in
/sys/kern.

Hope that this helps some people out.
