Hi,
How about an announcement of upgrade script/utility/kit [whatever you call it]
from 386bsd-0.1+pk-0.2.4 to FreeBSD, it one exsits ?I am pretty sure many of us
out there will like to do such an upgrade, but with uncertainty of any side effects,
especially for people who have embark continuous and serious effort on the outdated
OS, we will worry about inconsistencies caused by such an upgrade, and some of us
do not like to start installing FreeBSD from scratch! (I am one of them who desperate
for a smooth migration towards FreeBSD).

  Thank you very much!
