Summary: ping me with less than 122byte packets and you'll get duplicate packet
Keywords: ping blah

I compiled a kernel with the bpf filter today as well as KTRACE, NFSSERVER
and no SCSI at all. I also configured in bpfilter3 as a device since
I like having the filter. Shortly after doing this I noticed that the
ethernet was sluggish but thought little of it. Then about an hour
later, the whole campus net crashed. :) I wondered why, reset the
hubs etc and all seemed cool. Then I came back into my room.
I had to reboot to get back on the net. (strange I thought)
So then I decided to see what my lag to the local network was...
I pinged the cisco router. I got back about 30 packets for each ping
sequence. all but one a duplicate packet. After playing around,
I found that 123 byte's was the cutoff point where packets did or
did not duplicate. Could bpf be broken or something?
my router, other hosts, network, and ifconfig lines are all working.
