I know that if you have a DOS floppy, then you can do the following


mount -t msdos /dev/fd[01]a /mnt_point


I suually mount my A: drive (fd0) on /mnt.

mount -t fstype calls mount_fstype....

I think that if you want to mount some part of hard disk, then you can
either put the partition in your fstab, and mount it as pcfs, or mount
it manually as pcfs.

I'm entirely unsuree if you're allowed to mount -t msdos hard disk
partitions.
