I get this too.  It never happened under 386bsd but can sometimes occur
several times an hour under NetBSD (or not occur in a whole evening).

When I enquired, Theo Deraadt told me it was to do with the new
interrupt system and they don't (didn't) know how to fix it yet.  If
anyone has a temporary patch I'd be interested.
