I have one that was written by a collegue ate TFS, but was never fully debugged 
(we both left TFS at about the same time).

It was written (like the rest of the scsi system) originally for 
MACH2.5, and apparently worked to some extent on that system.
(it read correctly but did not always write correctly.)

I have done a 'theoretical' port of it (changed all the usual things)
to 386bsd, but have never tried running it yet.

It is a VERY LOW LEVEL scsi driver, in that it has to know all about the
various phases on the scsi bus etc.

If anyone with a 1680 wishes to complete the port, let me know and I can send
you the file as it stands now.
