Well, it's not like a patchkit, but I do have (in BETA) now a set of
script that will automatically upgrade your system from 386BSD *.*.*
to FreeBSD-1.0.-*.  Because of the massive changes in the binaries and
system, it isn't a drop-in replacement, so the script does things in
the right order and attempts to make the transition easier.
