That kind of depends on your board, really.  Mine is

device ed0 at isa? port 0x280 net irq 15 iomem 0xd0000 iosiz 8192 vector edintr

But your mileage is going to differ, probably.  Your IRQ is probably
5.

A script for doing this is currently being tested - expect to see
it very soon (it's in "alpha" test).
