In /etc/uucp I modified the Devices file to have net cua0 - 9600 And in the Systems file put net Any net 9600 unused "" In /dev/ I typed mknod cua0 c 12 128 chmod 600 cua0 chown uucp cua0 Now when I type cu net phone where phone is a phone number I get #Connect but the modem never changes or dials.
