Greetings,

Before I give up installing 386BSD-0.1, I need all your help
for my last try. I really don't want to give up multi-I/O
card because my mouse connect to it as mentioned someone in
the net (well, I'll give it a try latter.)

Boot hang:

386BSD banner msg and
pc0<color> at 0x60 irq 1 on isa
com1 at 0x3f8 irq 4 on isa
com2 at 0x2f8 irq 3 on isa
wd0 <DW9 0344A-( 4 0BM) > at 0x1f0 irq 14 on isa
fd0 drives 0:1.2M, 1:1.44M at 0x3f0 irq 6 drq 2 on isa
changing root device to fd0a
(then period)

Configurations:
OPTI-386DX-25Mhz
AMI bios 08/90
IDE Western Digital WD9C044-A 41MB (I'll upgrade pretty soon!)
5MB SIP (4 256K on 1st bank and 4 1M on 2nd bank)
Multi-I/O card with 2 serial and 1 parallel
one of serial port is disabled (took off jumper)
one connects to Mouse syste's 3-button mouse
Hayne-clone 2400 modem
[mouse assigned to com1 and modem to com2]
OAK VGA card (OTI-037 chip set)
8/16 bits adapters are connected to 8/16 bits slots.
NEC 2A monitor.

Any sugguest/hint/answer as to what went wrong? Thanks in advance!
