Hi,

I downloaded a kernel configured with patchkit 0.2.3, and therefore
containing Julian's SCSI drivers, but I can't get it to work. I'm not
sure which device to use.
When I issue the command:
	tar cvf /dev/rst2 *
I get a 'can't open /dev/rst2 : Bad file descriptor'. My tape is dev 2,
so at least the number in the device should be correct. Is there
something else I should look into?

I have been looking for this one in the faq.

Regards,
